Hugh Carthy (EF Education First) took the Stage 9 win after a great solo ride, with Egan Bernal (Team Ineos) wrapping up the GC win as he crossed the line in third place on the wheel of his closest challenger in this race Rohan Dennis (Bahrain Merida).
